Designed and developed a website, which helps Home Buyers to find their new construction Dream Home in Canada
Challenge
New Homes Now saw the gap in home search experience, specially with new construction homes. New Homes Now wanted to make it easy for new home buyers to navigate and find new homes, new communities and compare builders in their city.

Solution
We discussed with client about potential solutions like low code/traditional CMS based solution or custom solution. Given the requirements, we went with custom solution. We started with wireframes first, gathered all feedback from client. One of the requirements was to make the solution easy to scale so we decided to go with Azure Cloud to host the solution using number of services for different features. We also integrated number of vendors for different features like Email service to help client customize emails, Google Maps for better user interaction when finding their homes and Payment intgeration to automate payment collection within the web application.
